For over 50 years the E-Z Burr Tool Company has built a fantastic reputation for providing high quality and efficient deburring and chamfering tools at an affordable price.

All E-Z Burr tools are designed to save you time and money, deburr both the front and back of a hole in just one pass.  These patented deburring and chamfering tools offer unique features that have been designed specifically with your bottom line in mind.

Easily Adjustable: Cutting pressure adjusts with a simple turn of the Allen screw. Once the tension is set, low-break Loctite seals the adjusting screw to maintain torque tension, so part-to-part consistency is assured.

Quick Blade and Insert Replacement: E-Z Burrs patented locking system enables you to change the blade or insert in seconds while the tool is still in the machine.  Unlock the blade or insert with a simple 1/8th turn of the locking screw. Once in the unlocked position, the blade or insert can be pulled up and out of the holder.

Carbide Series : The E-Z Burr Carbide Series is ideal for large production runs, heavy burrs, and tough materials.  The standard titanium nitride coated carbide insert lasts more than 5 times longer and runs 3 times faster than HSS. In addition the carbide Series provides greater consistency over a larger number of parts, better finishes and improved component quality.

HSS Series: EZ Burrs HSS series is designed for optimum performance.  The blade operates independent from springs and plungers which makes that solid shank blade flexible. In addition, the patented EZ Burr HSS Deburring tool allows you to change chamfer settings and cutting blades without removing it from the holder. Once the desired chamfer is set, it won’t change – even from blade to blade.

Micro Series:  E-Z Burrs Micro Tool series deburrs the front and backside of holes as small as 1.0mm. Designed for efficiency, the Micro Tool Series offers a unique two-piece construction consisting of a cartridge and blade. You can deburr thousands of tiny holes before replacing the cartridge.  In addition, the Micro Tool Series allows you to remove and replace the cartridge in seconds while it’s still in the machine.
